WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Enter and maintain data for various work orders and departmental projects
- Track and update safety and risk management programs
- Assist in scheduling and cost-tracking for capital projects
- Provide clerical support for other related departments as needed
- Contact various vendors and contractors for scheduling appointments and follow-ups
- Research and find new contractors and set up new in the portal
- Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.
YOU MUST HAVE
- High school diploma or general equivalency degree
- Basic computer and accounting skills
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
YOU MAY ALSO HAVE
- Experience with AS400, Access, and/or CMMS programs
ROLE SPECIFICS
- 14-15 hours a week preferably 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. schedule, Monday and Friday
- Must be available for occasional travel for training
- Occasional exposure to various warehouse environment
- You might be required to travel to Calgary or US occasionally.
