As a HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing HR support to all departments at the distribution center (DC), including recruiting, benefits, payroll, and new employee orientation.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Posts and communicates open positions in all departments of the DC and then track applicants through applicant tracking system.
- Performs candidate screening and behavioral interviews as part of the hiring process.
- Onboards new employees and ensures paperwork, employee badges are completed and processed in UKG
- Enroll employees in benefits plans and provides assistance with issues or questions.
- Provides verification letters to the employees as required.
- Assists managers with questions related to entering and processing leaves in UKG.
- Assists in the planning and execution of various events for employees and potential candidates at the DC.
- Accurately tracks various HR information, including but not limited to recruiting and headcount.
- Assist HR Manager with day-to-day operational tasks, as needed.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources, CHRP in progress
- Trustworthiness to handle sensitive, confidential information
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees and other departments
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
YOU MAY ALSO HAVE
- Customer service skills to serve employees in an appropriate manner
- Previous knowledge or experience in Human Resources

- Schedule: Full-time; Monday - Friday
- Pay range: $19.43 - $29.14/hour
