Salary Grade: $75,156-$112,735 annually, plus bonus opportunity
As a Pricing Team Manager, you will plan for and lead a team of Margin Analysts who perform a variety of functions related to cost and price structure as well as item data. You will also facilitate improvement of processes, systems and people to improve margin accuracy and internal/external customer satisfaction.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Assist with planning for department capacity needs, hiring processes, and developing and motivating team members
- Work to improve productivity and increase margin accuracy.
- React to quickly changing priorities and business opportunities.
- Facilitate problem solving and strong relationships while addressing unique supplier challenges.
- Communicate, coordinate and support all policies and procedures.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts while applying lean thinking and tools to eliminate waste.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Dot experience
- Proven leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both one-on-one and group settings
- Strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment
- Excellent computer skills, experience in using Microsoft Office programs/applications
YOU MAY ALSO HAVE
- 2 years’ of people management experience
- Ability to influence desired behavior change with internal/external customers and vendors
- Ability to work with/incorporate changes quickly, efficiently, and accurately
ROLE SPECIFICS
- Supervises: Margin Analysts working with various suppliers and product types.
- Travel: Occasional overnight travel required (2-3 times per year). Ability to independently travel as needed, without restriction, by all modes of transportation, including car, plane or train for training or meetings.
