As a Warehouse Support, you will be responsible for outbound load diagramming, finalization and audit of purchase orders, as well as identifying and solving problems associated with receiving and shipping of product.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lift cases – cases weigh an average of 14 pounds, 35-60 pounds on the high end
- Obtain required forklift certification during our in-house training
- Communicate effectively with all internal departments (Sales, Replenishment, Operations, Accounting, Transportation, etc.) on all aspects of receiving and shipping product.
- Prepare and distribute associated paperwork along with entering data into the appropriate programs
- Prepare and package all UPS/FedEx Shipments
- Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position
- Ordering and maintaining warehouse supply inventory levels.
- Support our international orders through systems and loading shipping containers.
- Support and maintain warehouse RF equipment
YOU MUST HAVE
- High school diploma or general equivalency degree
- Proficient communication and organization skills
- Microsoft Office experience
- Previous warehouse experience
YOU MAY ALSO HAVE
- Data entry experience
- Experience in a safety-oriented work environment
- Knowledge of AS400 system
ROLE SPECIFICS
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm or Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Warehouse and office environment
- Occasional voluntary or mandatory overtime shifts
- Occasional over nights and weekends
- Pay Range: $17.85 - $26.78
