WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Your Role: This position is responsible for the repair and maintenance of company buildings, equipment, grounds and requires knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- Repairs and maintains physical structures using hand and power tools.
- Maintains the grounds including repairing roads and lots.
- Makes repairs to tools and equipment including dock doors, levelers, compressors.
- Moves, installs, and adjusts fixtures, motors and other electrical/mechanical equipment.
- Maintains HVAC and ventilation systems
- Assists higher level mechanics perform other duties as assigned

YOU MUST HAVE
- High School Diploma or GED
- Good physical condition and agility to access all areas of the facilities for installation and repair of equipment.
- Sufficient vision and hearing necessary to operate powered equipment safely.
- Safety Oriented.
- A dedication to eliminating waste in all areas of the position.
- Good interpersonal skills
YOU MAY ALSO HAVE
- Good mechanical aptitude
- 1 year of formal HVAC training or 3 years of on the job training
- Knowledge in electrical trade-110V, 240V, 277V, 480V-single and three phase.
- Computer skills/proficiency.
- 2 years of maintenance trades experience

- Hot and cold temperature environment exposure.
- Working at heights.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently, occasional lifting of up to 75 lbs.
- Occasional overnight travel required; ability to travel without restriction by all modes of transportation to attend meetings and training
