Salary Grade: $51,333 - $77,000 annually, plus bonus opportunity
As a Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting collections research and evaluation on prospective and current Dot Foods customers.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Review prospective and existing customers; analyze and evaluate credit worthiness of each account.
- Effectively communicate changes in credit with appropriate customers.
- Execute credit limit methodology and complete assigned number of credit limit reviews each period.
- Conduct detailed investigations into customer bank relationships, financial statements, and trade references.
- Review industry periodicals for information relating to Dot’s customers.
- Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business related field or equivalent Dot Foods experience.
- Excellent Excel skills, including a good working knowledge of V-Lookup and Pivot Table functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with internal and external customers.
YOU MAY ALSO HAVE
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Thorough understanding of general bookkeeping or accounting information.
ROLE SPECIFICS
- Travel – Occasional overnight travel for internal trainings and meetings. Must have ability to travel independently as needed, without restriction by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train.
