Once again, Dot Foods has been recognized by Great Place to Work®--the worldwide leader in evaluating workplace culture and employee experiences. This marks the fourth straight year Dot has worked with Great Place to Work and the fourth straight year we have earned the honor.
The distinction is based on the results of a 60-question employee survey produced and distributed by Great Place to Work. The survey covers five key areas of workplace culture including credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.
In order to be named to the list, companies must score at least a 68% favorability rating from these surveys. In 2024, Dot Foods received an overall score of 74% which is tied for our highest score to date (we also scored a 74% in 2023).
Next Steps
As much as we are honored to receive the distinction for a fourth consecutive year, our Great Place to Work partnership is about more than awards. Every year, following the announcement of the compiled results, we begin analyzing trends in employee feedback in order to determine where improvements can be made in the coming year(s). In recent years, the employee survey has sparked positive workplace enhancements including:

- Weekly pay
- Improved parental leave for new parents
- Expanded break room accommodations
- Addition of flex holiday
- And more!
