When he first joined the Dot Foods team, Nick had no idea what he might find inside the warehouse walls. He didn’t know if he’d be a good fit. He didn’t know how far the job might take him. In the 15 years since, he’s found the meaning his life had been missing. With a perfect schedule and respectable paycheck, the father of four could not be prouder to be part of Dot.
When Winiban needed a place to grow professionally and personally, he found just what he needed at Dot Foods. He worked his way from order selector to trainer and remains one of the most decorated forklift operators in the company! Learn more about his journey from Puerto Rico to Mt. Sterling.
As director of Dot Foods’ largest frozen warehouse, Doug isn’t just in the food distribution business. He’s in the technology business, the transportation business, and most importantly, the people business. To say things have changed a bit since his early days would be an understatement.
