What benefits does Dot offer?

Do you offer paid time off?
Full-time Dot employees receive one week of vacation time after six months on the job. On their one year anniversary, they receive two weeks followed by three weeks at five years, four weeks at 12 years, and five weeks at 25 years. We also offer eight paid holidays, three personal days, and five sick days annually.
What is your work from home policy?
If you are a corporate or office employee, your role may be eligible to work from home after you have worked at Dot for six months. We encourage any Dot employee interested in our flexibility options to speak directly with their manager.
Are job hours flexible?
We want you to have a healthy work-life balance and be as comfortable as possible with your work schedule. Drivers and warehouse workers can choose between several scheduling options depending on their preferences and needs. Administrative positions generally adhere to typical business hours, but flexibility is always on the table.
