I’ve submitted my application. What happens next?
Once you submit your application, our team should get back to you via phone or email within five business days to discuss potential next steps. On average, it takes about a month to go through the main steps in our application process including phone interviews, in-person interviews, general testing, and start-date scheduling.
What is the interview process like?
For all positions at Dot Foods and Dot Transportation, Inc. (DTI), we conduct what is called Behavioral Interviewing. You can learn more about what Behavioral Interviewing looks like here. You can also check out some interview tips directly from Dot’s recruiters.
How can I check the status of my application?
To check the status of your application, you can give us a call and talk to one of our recruiters in the specific department you applied for (warehouse, driver, corporate). If you applied for a corporate role, you can log in to our website and check the status of your application under your "presence."
How long does the hiring process take?

Some roles have a quick turnaround, and others may take a few weeks between application and offer. This range can vary greatly and it's best to speak with your recruiter about specific timelines.
