Dot Foods is proud to announce that warehouse workers in all locations will see a significant bump in their hourly pay in 2023. Most locations have announced an increase in base pay of between $1.00 and $1.50 per hour for all warehouse workers.
Exact hourly rates are going to differ by a number of variables including location, so you’ll want to address specifics with your hiring manager or supervisor. However, most locations are offering upwards of $20 per hour as a starting wage with some distribution centers exceeding $24, $25, and even $26 in 2023!
And like every year, warehouse workers are always eligible for incentive-based pay for hitting biweekly productivity goals. Keep your productivity at or above 100 over the course of a two-week period, and earn even more on your next paycheck.
Many locations also offer differentials for weekend hours, overnight hours, and in some cases, hours worked in the frozen warehouse. In Mt. Sterling, for example, a handler working overnight weekends in the freezer will be set up for a nice payday.
And of course, all Dot full-time Dot employees qualify for a best-in-class benefits package designed to promote physical, mental, and financial health. And as an added perk, employees hired in 2023 will only have to wait 30 days (as opposed to the previous 90 days) before benefits eligibility kicks in.
The warehouse is a fast-paced and physically demanding environment and it takes the right team of individuals to keep it running smoothly and efficiently for our customers. If you think that a job in the warehouse might be just the step you’re looking to take in 2023, we welcome you to apply!
